H is the 8th letter of the alphabet. They weren’t used to make any words.
When H was a child, they were alive and possessed a normal, corporeal body. Unfortunately, they smelled the fart f created to prank l, which killed them and turned them into a ghost. They stayed as a ghost for the rest of their “life”.
