Every August 30 is celebrated in Peru and many other countries, the day of Santa Rosa de Lima (Isabel Flores de Oliva), patron saint of the Peruvian National Police, the Santa Rosa de Venezuela Catholic University and the Armed Forces of Argentina. I wanted to make an allusive drawing and this was the result. I have used one of the most widespread images of her: with a tunic, roses on her head, and a rosary hanging from her neck.
