Elaine (エレイン, Erein ?) was the sister of the Fairy King, Harlequin. She was also the Holy Maiden (聖女, Seijo?) that she guarded from the Fountain of Youth. She was killed by a Red Demon in the Fairy King’s Forest after granting Ban the Fountain of Youth, but is later resurrected by Melascula, a member of the Ten Commandments. Despite being over 1000 years old, Elaine possessed the appearance of a little girl, approximately 7 or 8 years old. She had straight, bright blonde hair that fell to above shoulder level. She also had several thin thick black lashes adorning her large honey colored eyes with various shades of yellow. She wore a very long and simple strapless white one-piece dress with light pink stitching located above her chest and down her forearms, she sported a large butterfly bow at the back. The dress had pleats down the length of her skirt and reached past her feet so they were never visible throughout the first season. She also wore two elongated pieces of light cloth tied to her arms with pink stitching. The pieces of cloth were the same color as her dress. After being revived, Elaine began to wear a dress made of black leaves. Later, she would get rid of that dress and start using a waitress outfit. After saving Ban from being eaten by Melascula, Elaine’s wings appeared, being light in color with white spots. The shape of her wings resemble petals, but with the difference that they are elongated in the form of spikes. Her hair also grew quite long, reaching the level of her shoulder blades.
