In this tutorial I am trying to show you how to make a Paper Quilling Flowers Desgins for Beginners. Its a basic shape for making a Quilling Flower.
You can use this Quilling Flower to decorate a Birthday card / Valentines day card. Here I use 7 Strips for 1 petal. Each strips is 30 cm long and 1 cm wide.In future I will make a video tutorial on How to make a birthday card using Paper Quilling Flower.
